That’s right: Plated is not just online anymore. We’re on the streets of New York City, dishing meals out of our very own food truck.
Starting this Monday, October 20, New Yorkers will be able to visit the Plated truck at multiple locations throughout the city, on weeknights from 4:30pm to 8:30pm.
If you’re in the area, come sample from our menu and get some ready-to-cook meals to-go! We’ll be packing them up in reusable, specially designed tote bags for an easy commute home. And then you won’t need to find the time—and energy—to swing by a crowded grocery store.
We’ll even be giving away discounts on meals and hosting multiple sweepstakes, including the opportunity to win a kitchen starter kit from Le Creuset and a free month of Plated meals.
We want you to feel confident in the kitchen, and the first step for all of us is admitting to our embarrassing kitchen moments. We call them #kitchenconfessions and we’re encouraging you to share yours on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
Here’s the cherry on top (by the way, did we mention we do desserts now?): Any leftover meals from the mobile truck will be donated to Plated’s longtime charity partner, City Harvest.
Tweet us @plated for your location preferences! We hope to see you out there, New York!
