We got together with our friends at OXO to sponsor a blogger cook off extravaganza, called the #VeryVegetarian challenge! While the competition was fierce (check out all the entries here), we had to narrow it down to 4 winners in the end.

Barbara Ecker is a home cook, food enthusiast and recipe developer living in San Diego. She is the voice behind her blog, Barbara Cooks, where she shares her original recipes and daily musings about life with her Austrian-born husband and crazy cat, Roxy. She strives to create recipes that will appeal to both the health nut and food lover in everyone.

Christina is an Scottish born Italian who now lives in California.
