Spiced Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Yields: 2 Servings
- 1 medium sweet potato, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 450°F. In a medium bowl combine canola oil, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Add the sweet potatoes and toss to coat. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake until tender golden brown on all sides, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
