12 ounces asparagus
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1 egg

1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. Trim and discard woody ends of asparagus.

2. On a baking sheet, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange in a single layer and sprinkle Parmesan on top. Transfer to oven and roast until asparagus is tender and cheese is golden, 10–12 minutes.
