This easy recipe couldn’t be simpler! Adding cilantro is a great way to add little extra flavor and color to your meal.
Cilantro Rice Recipe
- ½ cup long grain white rice
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
In a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring the water and rice to a boil, stir once, then cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 12 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let stand, covered, for at least 10 minutes. Stir in the chopped cilantro and season with salt to taste.
