In our first Facebook Live video, our wonderful Test Kitchen Assistant Michelle Kresch revealed how to make a super simple and delicious kale Caesar salad at home. Watch it below for tips on how to mince garlic, add dressing to your salad properly, and ways to keep your greens fresh once they’re out of the refrigerator.
And to make the Caesar salad dressing Michelle demonstrates, follow the easy instructions below!
¼ teaspoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated pecorino cheese
2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese
Half a lemon
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together anchovy paste, mayonnaise, pecorino, garlic paste, and juice of half a lemon until fully combined.
2. Mix in desired amount of kale, and shave added Parmesan cheese to finish.
