The Chill Way to Enjoy Your Favorite Booze

When the weather is this sticky, there’s no excuse not to stay cool while enjoying yourself. For your summer partying pleasure, we’ve dreamed up some boozy popsicles which are perfectly frosty and oh-so-fun. Each alcohol variety includes a classic cocktail reimagined as an ice pop, and then our very own Plated pop. For every cup of non-booze, use 1.5 ounces (1 shot glass) of booze. Mix it all up, pour it in molds, add some sticks, and freeze for a fabulously cold alternative to cocktails.

TEQUILA

Plated Pop: Tequila + Grapefruit + Thinly Sliced Jalapeño

Classic Cocktail (Margarita): Tequila + Margarita Mix

VODKA

Plated Pop: Vodka + Watermelon Purée + Blueberries

Classic Cocktail (Cape Codder): Vodka + Cranberry Juice + Dried Cranberries

WHISKEY/RYE/BOURBON

Plated Pop: Whiskey + Ginger Beer + Crystallized Ginger

Classic Cocktail (Mint Julep): Whiskey + Sugar Water + Mint Leaves

GIN

Plated Pop: Gin + Lemonade + Lavender Blossoms

Classic Cocktail (Gin & Tonic): Gin + Limeade + Cucumber Slices

RUM

Plated Pop: Rum + Chocolate Chips + Coconut Milk + Cinnamon

Classic Cocktail (Mojito): Rum + Sugar Water + Lime Juice + Mint Leaves
