Pizza Biancawith Broccoli Rabe and Caramelized Onions

In our humble opinion, a deliciously crisp pizza crust is the ideal vessel for pretty much anything. So, we came up with this pizza bianca (white pizza), showcasing not one, but three cheeses, in addition to sweet caramelized onion and broccoli rabe, a green veggie much loved in Italy. Melty mozzarella, provolone, and a fluffy topping of ricotta cheese harmonize perfectly with the broccoli rabe, which is sautéed with garlic and red pepper flakes. For a terrific side that stays in the theme of Italian cuisine, there's an arugula salad. Buon appetito!
