As New York residents, we’re all firmly in the lox camp, especially when it’s topping a chewy bagel and cream cheese. In this effortlessly elegant summer salad, we’ve deconstructed our go-to bagel flavors. The smoked salmon comes from a local family-owned purveyor, Blue Hill Bay, who specialize in some of the best smoked fish around. The salmon sits atop leafy greens, tomato, and red onion tossed in a bagel-tastic sesame-poppy seed dressing. Finished with crunchy bagel chips and a dollop of crème fraîche, this salad is, dare we say it, better than brunch.
