    Cooking Steps

    1. Make Berry Filling

      Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut butter into ¼-inch cubes. In a medium bowl, stir granulated sugar, raspberries, blueberries, and 2 tablespoons flour to combine.

    2. Make Crumble Topping

      In a separate medium bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, remaining flour, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Add butter and, using your hands or a fork, work butter into mixture to combine into a crumbly texture—the butter pieces should be pea-sized. 

    3. Bake Crumble

      Spoon berry filling into a small ovenproof skillet or baking dish and spread in an even layer. Sprinkle over crumble topping and bake until fruit is bubbling and topping is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, clean up and pour yourself a well-deserved glass of wine.

      Remove crumble from oven and allow to cool slightly, 3-5 minutes. Serve warm, with or without a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy your delicious summery treat!
