The rest of our team would love to tell you that these salmon burgers are the best we’ve ever had, as the culinary team purports, but they never made it out of our kitchen to confirm. (Rude.) Mixed with traditional pairings like Dijon mustard, horseradish, and capers and slathered with a tarragon aioli, every salmon-filled bite will be better than the one before. To contrast the creamy filling, we’ve added a crunchy mache salad, featuring one of Chef Elana’s favorite French lettuces.
