To create the filling, pumpkin purée is blended with vanilla extract, brown sugar, and our favorite pie spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and allspice. It's wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden and flaky outside and smooth inside. On top, a drizzle of homemade maple glaze makes the perfect finishing touch.
