Yes, you read that right: Nutella S’Mores Pizza. We made all our chocoholic dreams come true with this supremely decadent dessert that’s a snap to prepare. Crisp pizza crust is smothered in Nutella and marshmallows and baked until the perfect level of gooey and melty. And, in case your quota wasn’t reached, there’s a liberal drizzle of melted chocolate at the end along with a sea salt sprinkle for a sensational salty-sweet finish.

    Cooking Steps

    1. Melt Butter

      Melt Butter

      Preheat oven to 425ºF. Place butter in a medium heat-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted. Alternatively, in a small pot, heat butter on low until just melted, then immediately transfer to a medium bowl. 

    2. Roll Out Dough

      Sprinkle flour onto a clean, dry surface. Using a rolling pin or the heels of your hands, roll and stretch pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼-inch thick.

    3. Bake Dough

      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rub 1 teaspoon melted butter onto parchment, then carefully add pizza dough. Rub remaining butter on top of dough. Bake until crust is crisp and lightly browned, 10-12 minutes. 

    4. Assemble Pizza

      Assemble Pizza

      Remove pizza from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450°F. Spread Nutella evenly on top of pizza, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges, and scatter over marshmallows (this is a great task for an eager kitchen helper/pizza enthusiast!). Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are brown and puffy, about 2 minutes.

    5. Make Chocolate Drizzle

      Make Chocolate Drizzle

      While marshmallows melt, add chocolate to bowl from butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted, keeping bowl dry to prevent chocolate seizing. Alternatively, create a double boiler: Bring 2 inches water to a boil in a medium pot over high heat. Place bowl with chocolate over pot and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth, 2-4 minutes. 

    6. Finish S'mores Pizza

      Finish S'mores Pizza

      Once marshmallows are brown, remove pizza from oven. Drizzle over melted chocolate and sprinkle with Maldon salt. Dig into your fantastic dessert creation! Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
