Recipe Details

Also known as Seven Layer Bars, Hello Dolly Bars are some kind of salty, sweet, chewy, gooey magic. There are endless variations on the recipe—some with as little as 5 layers, some with as many as 10. Our version starts with a graham cracker–butter crust that’s sprinkled with chocolate chips, toasted pecans, and shredded coconut. Luscious condensed milk is drizzled over everything before baking until golden and melty.
