On a recent culinary team field trip to a beloved pizza spot in Brooklyn, we discovered an ingenious dish that married two of our biggest loves: chicken Caesar salad, and pizza! Chef Andrea has made her own twist by swapping in whole-wheat pizza dough and making it all about the grill: grilled crust, grilled chicken, and grilled lemon to lend a smoky flavor to the classic creamy Caesar dressing.
