Thanks to a test kitchen shortcut, we’ve dreamed up a dense, chocolatey fudge that’s as easy to make as it is to eat (seriously, beware!). Bittersweet chocolate and crunchy walnuts conspire to create a tantalizing sweet treat that’s finished with a sprinkling of shredded coconut. Sharing is caring, but we won’t judge if you polish this off in a solo snacking session.

Cooking Steps

    Trim parchment paper to overlap edges of the aluminum tin by about 2 inches, reshaping tin if bent. Line tin with parchment paper. Roughly chop walnuts

  2. Make Fudge

    Make Fudge

    In a small pot over medium-low heat, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Stir frequently until chocolate is completely melted, 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in ¼ teaspoon salt. Pour chocolate mixture into parchment-lined tin, smoothing top in an even layer. 

  3. Season Fudge

    Season Fudge

    Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped walnuts on top of fudge, pressing to adhere. This is a great task for a kitchen helper!

  4. Plate Fudge

    Plate Fudge

    Place fudge in refrigerator to chill until set, about 2 hours. When ready to enjoy, remove from fridge and cut into pieces. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
