Golden Delicious apple slices are caramelized in brown sugar, then layered inside sweet crumbly graham cracker crusts. Top them with dollops of fresh cinnamon whipped cream because why not?

      Peel apple, halve, and thinly slice, discarding core.

      In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream and sugar mix until slightly thickened and soft peaks form, about 3 minutes. Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to use.
    3. Dissolve Brown Sugar

      Heat butter in a medium pan over medium-high heat. When butter is foamy, add brown sugar and stir until almost dissolved, 1-2 minutes.
    4. Caramelize Apple

      Caramelize Apple

      Reduce heat under pan with brown sugar to medium and add apple in a single layer. Cook without moving until golden on bottom, 2-3 minutes, then stir occasionally until caramelized and tender, about 2 minutes more. Remove pan from heat.
    5. Assemble Apple Tartlets

      Spoon caramelized apple into graham cracker crusts, dividing evenly.
