We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, Chef Michelle is a culinary wizard, and desserts are no exception. These fudgy, paleo-friendly brownies use almond butter, cocoa powder, and coconut flour instead of traditional flour, sugar, and butter. Judging by their rapid disappearance from the kitchen, these chocolatey treats pack a serious punch of decadent deliciousness!

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Place almond butter in a large bowl and allow to soften at room temperature. In a small bowl, whisk 1 egg

  2. Make Brownie Batter

    Make Brownie Batter

    Add egg to bowl with almond butter and vigorously whisk to combine. Add cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut flour, and ⅛ teaspoon salt and whisk until smooth. 

  3. Bake Brownies

    Bake Brownies

    Divide brownie batter evenly between aluinum tins, pressing down on batter to smooth out. Sprinkle over coconut flakes. Bake until just set, 15-17 minutes.

    Allow brownies to cool completely before removing from tins. Grab a spoon and dig in!
