Almond Butter Brownies with Coconut

- 3 tablespoonscocoa powder
- 5 tablespoonscoconut sugar
- 1 tablespooncoconut flour
- 1 tablespooncoconut flakes
- 23" aluminum tins
What You’ll Need

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place almond butter in a large bowl and allow to soften at room temperature. In a small bowl, whisk 1 egg.
Make Brownie Batter
Add egg to bowl with almond butter and vigorously whisk to combine. Add cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coconut flour, and ⅛ teaspoon salt and whisk until smooth.
Divide brownie batter evenly between aluinum tins, pressing down on batter to smooth out. Sprinkle over coconut flakes. Bake until just set, 15-17 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool completely before removing from tins. Grab a spoon and dig in!
