Heat Up Your Week with this Spicy Chimichurri

Spice up your week with this zingy Argentinian condiment made with cilantro, vinegar and garlic and a whole lot of love.

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon hot sauce
¼ ounce of cilantro
¼ ounce of parsley
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

1. Strip cilantro and parsley leaves, discarding stems.
2. Finely chop herbs.
3. Mince garlic and add to medium sized bowl with herbs.
4. Add to the bowl: red wine vinegar, hot sauce, salt + pepper, and 3 tablespoons olive oil.
5. Whisk to combine and drizzle over your favorite protein (it goes perfect with steak!)
6. Enjoy!
