Plated and Chobani Partner for a More Flavorful Cooking Experience

As part of our commitment to well-sourced ingredients, we’re excited to announce our collaboration with America’s No.1–selling Greek yogurt brand.

To kick things off, Chobani will be joining us at the New York City Wine & Food Festival on October 17th to present audiences with a joint demo, recipe, and much more as part of our Road to Discovery tour.

We’re always looking for partners to help us deliver high-quality ingredients while sharing in our mission to enable people to lead better, more balanced lives. In striving to meet the growing desire for more health-conscious and creative recipes, our head chef Elana Karp is excited to add Chobani Greek yogurt to our list of ingredients we trust.

By substituting Greek yogurt for heavier ingredients like butter, sour cream, or mayonnaise, it’s possible to recreate your favorite recipes with a light and intriguing twist. Case in point, our Chicken Avocado Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries and Aioli made with Greek yogurt was one of the most popular Plated recipes this year.

As part of this new relationship, be on the lookout for five more exclusive recipes featuring Chobani through the end of the year and even more in 2016.
