We’re keeping it classic for our first Beyond Meat recipe because who doesn’t love taco night. Here, we season their 100% plant-based ground meat, Beyond Beef®, with a smoky, aromatic blend of dried chiles, garlic, and paprika, then brown it with red onion. The spiced Beyond Beef is layered in warm flour tortillas, then finished with some beloved Plated toppings—think pico de gallo, cilantro-lime crema, and pickled red onion.
