Oh hi, July. The start of a new month means a flood of delicious new recipes to try, and we wanted to spotlight some of our newest, fastest, and funnest (we know it’s not a word) inventions. These four recipes come together in 30 minutes (or less!), don’t need too many pots or pans, and have easy steps that are perfect for letting your kids get in on the action. Take a look at these highlights before you go picking through the July menu.
Presto: pesto. This easy summer dish is a great way to get your greens in—and even a few of your yellows with the addition of seasonal summer squash. A side bonus: this dish doesn’t need extra time to make extra servings, so it’s the perfect box to order if you’re expecting company.
Spinach-artichoke dip for dinner? Thank you for asking. This takes one of our favorite appetizers and puts the perfect dinner in your back pocket. And your pastry pocket. Have a friend (or a kid) help you put together the pastries before a quick turn in the oven, too.
We heard you loud and clear: more Caesars! So we took our classic chicken Caesar and made it… even easier. (Sorry, the rhyme was too good to resist.) This one will make kitchen emperors out of your kids: the constituent steps are super easy for kids to pick up on, and you can handle the chopping and oven-roasting.
We pride ourselves on making simple, stovetop dinners, but this one is truly one of our simplest. One pan makes crispy, tender, juicy chicken. One bowl is for mixing up a perfectly seasonal (and slightly unexpected) salad. That’s it. Really!
