Ingredients
1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
¼ cup greek yogurt
⅛ ounce chives
1 garlic clove
1 lemon
⅛ ounce parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
Steps
1. Roughly chop chives
2. Roughly chop parsley
3. Crush garlic with flat side of your knife
4. Place yogurt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a blender
5. Blend until smooth
6. Plate with your favorite dish (or drizzle on top!) and enjoy
