Complete these 4 simple steps by September 20th to enter:

→ Create a unique recipe, photograph it, and post it on your personal blog or website. Be sure to tell us why your dish is the best & link back to us at

→ Comment on this post with a link to your recipe post and a short blurb about your recipe inspiration.

→ Email a copy of the recipe to, subject line “Recipe Contest” making sure it adheres to these guidelines (be sure to fill out all sections). Please include a short, 30-40 word blurb about the inspiration behind your recipe.

The winner will be notified via email and announced on October 7th!

Basic Requirements

→ Total prep & cook time must be 30 minutes or less.

→ Recipe should yield two servings.

→ Meal should only require basic cooking equipment only such as pots, pans, spoons, spatulas, baking sheets, and knives. Do not include machines such as blenders or food processors in your recipe, but add a note if the cook may use one of these machines if they do have one.

Ingredient Requirements

→ Meal should include 10-12 ingredients total – from protein to spices.

→ Recipe must include chicken breasts or thighs (bone in or boneless) as primary protein.
