The holidays are complicated enough as the are. We like to keep the appetizers simple, but without sacrificing on taste! A favorite of ours is this easy recipe for Spicy Tuna Tartare, you can whip it up in just a few chops and stirs. Make your own tortilla chips, or simply serve with pre-made chips for a delicious and easy appetizer.
Spicy Tuna Tartare
- 6 ounces sashimi grade tuna
- 1 jalapeno chile, minced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, finely chopped
- Juice of one lime
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
Finely chop the tuna and put it in a large mixing bowl. Add the chile, onion, avocado, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt. Stir to combine.
