With a bubbly, gregarious personality, it’s no wonder Maria Loi was the first chef in Greece to have her own cooking show. Her spirit and passion for food and people are apparent on the first meeting. We loved hearing about her favorite olive oils, smelling the oregano she brings with her from Greece (one whiff will explain everything!) and tasting the two very delicious recipes she provided for our menu while we spent the hour with her at DeGustibus Cooking School.
