Never end a meal without dessert, especially when you can have these adorable apple tartlets in fewer than 15 minutes.

Never end a meal without dessert, especially when you can have these adorable apple tartlets in fewer than 15 minutes. Warm caramelized Golden Delicious apple, sweet graham cracker crust, and dollops of fresh cinnamon whipped cream. Done, done, and done. These delectable tartlets are simple to prepare and even easier to devour.

RECIPE TIP:
Place your bowl and whisk in the refrigerator. Chilled tools make whipping a lot easier! It takes a bit of elbow grease, but it’ll work out—just keep at it.

INGREDIENTS
1 Golden Delicious apple
⅓ cup heavy cream
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
1/2 tablespoon butter
1½ tablespoons light brown sugar
2 graham cracker crusts

YOU’LL NEED
10″ medium pan

1. Prepare Apple
Peel apple, halve, and thinly slice, discarding core.

2. Make Cinnamon Whipped Cream
In a medium bowl, whisk together heavy cream and sugar mix until slightly thickened and soft peaks form, about 3 minutes (see Recipe Tip). Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to use.

3. Dissolve Brown Sugar
Heat butter in a medium pan over medium-high heat. When butter is foamy, add brown sugar and stir until almost dissolved, 1–2 minutes.

4. Caramelize Apple
Reduce heat under pan with brown sugar to medium and add apple in a single layer. Cook without moving until golden on bottom, 2–3 minutes, then stir occasionally until caramelized and tender, about 2 minutes more. Remove pan from heat.

5. Assemble Apple Tartlets
Spoon caramelized apple into graham cracker crusts, dividing evenly.

6. Plate Apple Tartlets
Serve tartlets warm with dollops of cinnamon whipped cream on top. Grab a fork and dig in.
