Our Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe takes Game Day snacks to the next level.  We love Buffalo chicken. We are obsessed with pizza. This meal combines the two, making our dinner dreams come true. Not to mention the perfect drizzle of homemade yogurt ranch dressing, which adds tang and creaminess…

RECIPE TIP
When you roll it out, pizza dough tends to shrink back. Keep going even if it does. Be sure to apply pressure consistently. Frequently rotating will help achieve an even shape.

INGREDIENTS
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1½ tablespoons flour
1 pizza dough
1 ounce crumbled blue cheese
3 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese ⅛ ounce chives
1.25 ounces of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
1 parchment paper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sear Chicken
Preheat oven to 450°F. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a medium pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken all over with ½ teaspoon kosher salt and pepper. When oil is shimmering, add chicken and sear until cooked through and no longer pink, about 6 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Using 2 forks or tongs, shred into bitesize pieces. Set aside.

2. Roll and Bake Pizza Dough
Sprinkle flour onto a clean dry surface. Using a rolling pin or the heels of your hands, roll and stretch pizza dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼-inch thick (see Recipe Tip). Carefully transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a fork, lightly pierce dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle over blue cheese and mozzarella. Transfer to bottom rack of oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

3. Make Ranch Dressing
While pizza bakes, rinse chives, thinly slice, and add to a medium bowl. Whisk in mayonnaise, buttermilk, and Chobani yogurt. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed. Set aside.

4. Make Buffalo Sauce
Mince garlic. Wipe pan from chicken clean and add butter over medium heat. When butter is foamy, add garlic
and cook until fragrant, 1–2 minutes. Remove pan from heat. Add as much Sriracha as desired and stir to combine. Add shredded chicken and toss to coat.

5. Finish Pizza
Scatter buffalo chicken over baked pizza. Return to oven and bake until crust is golden and chicken is warmed through, about 2 minutes more.

6. Plate Pizza
Drizzle ranch dressing over pizza. Cut into slices and enjoy one of the great mash-ups: pizza and buffalo chicken. Store any leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
