Hello Dolly – More like hello, delicioiusness! This recipe combines chocolate, graham cracker, and shredded coconut for a quick and easy dessert that is sure to delight.
1 tablespoon butter
4 graham crackers
1 ½ tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
4 ounces condensed milk
¼ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Prepare Ingredients
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease aluminum pan or a small baking dish with butter and set aside. Using your hands, in a medium bowl, crush graham crackers into small pieces.
2. Make Batter
Add shredded coconut, chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and .5 cup of condensed milk to bowl with graham crackers. Stir to combine well. Reserve remaining condensed milk for another use.
3. Bake Bars
Add batter to prepared pan or baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake until set, 25-30 minutes.
