                                                                                                                            We provide 100% antibiotic-free meats, beef with no added hormones, and seasonal, hand-packed produce from trusted purveyors. We also include organic produce, locally sourced ingredients, and sustainably sourced fish whenever possible.

                                                                                                                            Our culinary team uses a nationally recognized database to estimate the nutrition profile for each ingredient as prepared according to our recipe. This information is approximate due to natural variation in ingredients and the cook-at-home nature of our meals. If you are tracking your consumption, be sure to include any additional oils, spices or ingredients that you add to make it your own!

                                                                                                                            Your box will include all the ingredients you need to cook the recipes you’ve chosen, down to the exact pinch of speciality spices (with the exception of a few pantry staples: salt and pepper, olive oil, vegetable oil, and eggs). Ingredients are individually packed to ensure freshness and are pre-portioned to cut down on prep time. You’ll also receive recipe cards with step-by-step instructions.
