Here, Chef Michelle combines antioxidant-rich goji berries with pistachios and crisp coconut flakes, then smothers the mixture with melted dark chocolate. It’s spread in a thin layer and cooled until crunchy, with a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt for that unbeatable sweet-salty flavor that we love so much. We keep this bark stockpiled in our office freezer; you’ll soon see why.
