Fluffy, Chinese bao buns make the perfect base for all kinds of delicious toppings. After the success of our chicken and pork belly hoisin buns, we decided to try scallion-and-hoisin-laced beef patties—with excellent results. They’re served with crunchy cabbage slaw, sweet potato fries, and ginger-sesame aioli for dipping. Bao down to this dinner winner (we couldn’t resist!).
