You asked, so we’ve brought back Chef Elana’s killer pork banh mi. Inspired by her travels to Vietnam, her spin on the traditional Vietnamese sandwich includes tender pork meatballs in warm baguettes along with Sriracha mayo, fresh mint and basil, and shredded carrots. While she’s taken some creative license, the caramelized shallot jam (AKA the best part of the sandwich) is as authentic as you can get—taken straight from Elana’s favorite bahn mi vendor in Vietnam!
