The answers to our most frequently asked questions are at your fingertips.

Printed recipe cards are included in your box, and can be viewed and downloaded in your account on desktop or the app starting each box’s delivery day.

Our insulated boxes are designed to keep ingredients fresh until midnight on your delivery day. We recommend cooking seafood dishes within two days of receiving your box, and all other dinners within five days.

Our ingredients are handled in facilities that process milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten, and sulfites. We recommend you use your best judgment when considering dietary restrictions, but you can easily modify recipes by omitting ingredients you’d like to avoid.

To help you make as informed a decision as possible, every recipe includes a breakdown of its ingredients, nutritional information, and any of the eight major allergens as recognized by the FDA.
